I helped manage two social media accounts for Loyola University New Orleans' School of Mass Communication — its Twitter (@LoynoSMC) and Facebook (@loynomasscomm). I worked with a five-person team of students to brainstorm social media campaigns, generate content, increase engagement and engage followers.
As a media intern for the Center for Progressive Reform, I analyzed the organization's strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for growth on social media. (See report below.)
